Opportunities like this only come around once in a generation. Area D represents the first major hangar project at Falcon Field in over 10 years, delivering the first new T-hangars and box hangars the airfield has seen in nearly two decades.
Built by local pilots and developers with a deep respect for our general aviation community and military veterans, this is your chance to own a modern hangar and be part of KFFC's premier new aviation owners area.
Area D sits within Atlanta Regional Airport – Falcon Field (KFFC), a full-service general aviation airport in the south metro Atlanta area, minutes from Trilith Studios and a short hop to Hartsfield-Jackson.
Every Area D hangar is engineered new-construction, matched to the mission — from tight taildraggers to twins. Explore the standard models below, or talk to us about a custom fit.
Push-button operation on every unit — no manual crank.
Comfortable year-round for storage, projects, or a hangar home.
Bright, energy-efficient lighting throughout the bay.
Ready for chargers, tools, and shop equipment.
We can scope custom bay sizes for larger singles, twins, and business aircraft.

Area D hangars were made possible by leasing an entire 6 acre parcel, requiring significant land development and site work before hangars can be built. This bulk land-lease structure differs from previous hangar leases at KFFC, though it has become common at airports across the country over the past decade.
Given the lease of the larger Area D parcel, the community will operate through the Area D Hangar Owners Club — holding lease rights for the entire parcel and functioning much like a condo association, common throughout the country. We are finalizing full details; here's what's confirmed so far:
*Contents of hangars, including aircraft, are not covered by the club's insurance.
